Powerpacker.library 37.1
------------------------
This is an optimised version of powerpacker.library based on Nico Francois'
original v36.10, which is to the best of my knowledge the highest version
that has been released in the last 4-5 years.

My version only works on machines with at least a 68020 or greater processor.

I also removed lots of reloc entries, making the executable shorter.

As Nico hasn't updated powerpacker, and has given reqtools to someone else,
Is it safe to say, that he's left the Amiga?
If so, Adios Nico, you'll be missed.
