          Web Design is a slow loader so please
          be patient.

          If you use files like images, backgrounds and
          sounds from directories, Web Design will now
          let you configure these to suit your needs.

          A couple of people have had the program quit at
          startup so I have tried to fix this although I
          was not able to get this error.

          I have tried again although I still can not get
          this error.
