New commodity that allows you to use the keyboard with Bridgeboard
cards. Features:
   o Right-Alt works as Right-Alt
   o International keys can be configured to any scancode
   o Buffers input and uses Bridgeboard interrupts to avoid loosing
     any keycodes.
   o It works and its free!

Bugfixes in version 1.2:
   o CX_PRIORITY works as it should. This allows you to keep
     blankers and other commodities from receiving keystrokes
     while you are using the keyboard for the PC side.
   o Fixed a stupid problem with cleanup on exit.
  
New Features in version 1.1:
   o Added CODE tooltype which allows you to modify any keycode.
     Lets you customize the keymap.
