 What's Birthday?
------------------

   A  lot  of  time  ago, during a connection with an american BBS, I saw
that  it  was  the  birthday of a friend of mine. At this point, thinking
that this program is both nice and useful, I decided to realize a version
for Dialog too: so in a few days BirthDay was born.

   His task is to create a text file daily in wich you can read the names
of the users that borned in that day, the day before and after. This file
will be visualized at the login or it will be put in the bulletin section
of the BBS.
