Little util/hack to toggle the state of the Amiga audio 
filter (on<->off).

NEW:

   Now returns 0 if filter is set to OFF (LED fully ON) 
   or 1 if filter is set to ON (LED dimmed, or OFF, depending 
   on Amiga model ;-)

Use from the shell, ONLY.

Disclaimer: Works on my sluggish 4000/040/25...maybe not on 
the forthcoming Runner, or was it Walker? ;-)
