Short:    Allows a user to create a GUI for *EVERY* program.

This is a completely new program that builds external user interfaces off
a ReadArgs()-Template. (You know, FILE/A,QUICK/S etc.)

To use it, you need a little knowledge about how programs work, but just
a little. The result is worth the effort. Weird shell tools get a neat
front-end in surprisingly short time. Forget your CLI ;-)

Argue is (I think) the first program doing that job, but I hope this way
of building up external interfaces will fascinate enough people to use
it :-)
