Short:    Converts ILBM to ASCII-Pic (16 Colors)

This VERY simple program converts the frontmost screen to a standard
ASCII-File... Well:

You know these old pictures, made of numericals to represent greyscale
colors? Pic2Asc does the same.

Use your favourite display program to display any kind of picture. Watch the
picture and start Pic2Asc.
The picture does not have to be greyscaled - colors are recalculated to
their illum-value. I have yet NOT implemented HAM or EHB - sorry, I tried
to keep it simple.

Output can be something like the following and may be redirected via ">".
