Changes between 1.0 and 1.0a

- PInstall will now automatically disconnect itself from
  the CLI without need of the RUN or RUNBACK commands.

- The CLI that started PInstall can now be closed.

- Reduced the file sizes :
     PInstall   to  3660 bytes from 7048
     PDos       to  2604 bytes from 4532
