- Useful for those who own an HD, and who want to play NTSC games on
  a full screen .
- But also for those who want to accelerate games  ( ex: Stunt Car,
  Great Courts II or MicroProse F1 GrandPrix )

  It can stay while playing some games  ( <=> Strange Mode )

  Useful if you own (like me) a shit TV that doesn't like Hires modes :
  using 60Hz mode can decrease the sparkling of the screen 
  ( try it with Klondike (III) for example )
