Version:
   0.4, an update to version 0.3 (from Picticon/Iconian archives)

Function:
   Changes  the Workbench palette from IFF file.  Optionally locks all
or  some  pens.   Optionally catches Workbench screen mode changes and
updates palette.
   Used  to  get  more  than  8 set colors.  Also handy to set MagicWB
colors  as  first 8 pens, for smaller, quicker icons.  (In conjunction
with 3-2-8, not included.)

Features:  ('*' denotes a new feature)
o  Can use any IFF for palette.
o  Recognizes Iconian LOCK hunks.  Defines which pens are locked,
   which remain free.
*  Notify of WB screen changes, and updates palette. (optional)
*  Signals WBVerlauf to update it's copper list. (optional)

Requirements:
   Kickstart 39 (OS 3.0) or higher
   Workbench 39 (OS 3.0) or higher
