DoTeX is a small program (written in E) which automatically selects the
appropriate format file for use with TeX. For example, plain TeX documents
need the 'plain' format file, whilst LaTeX documents need 'lplain'. DoTeX
looks for '\documentstyle' within the first 20 lines of the file on which it
was invoked, or a comment with the style option, '% latex' or '% tex'. This
can be overridden by specifying the tooltype 'DOTEXFMT' in the icon for the
TeX file. The argument can be 'tex', 'latex' or the name of the desired
format file. For example, 'DOTEXFMT=texinfo' as a tooltype will cause the
format file 'texinfo' to be used (i.e., the TeX command will be 'virtex
&texinfo <file>').

DoTeX requires TeX to be setup correctly, so it can find 'virtex' in 'tex:bin'.
DoTeX may be run from Workbench, the CLI or as the default tool for a file.
The CLI template is 'FILE/M', as DoTeX can process many files at once.

Oh, and it requires OS2.0+, just because it's a lot easier to use the nice
functions...
