	! Dedication and addresses changed once again ;)

	+ Added some S3M features originally added to my source by Peter
	  Kunath (Hi!):
		- Pattern break to a row
		- Pattern loop

	* Changed CIA-timer allocation priority so that now PS3M will
	  first try to allocate CIAA (either of the timers) and then
	  CIAB if it didn't succeed.  This should decrease serial stops
	  (says K-P [Hi!] ;)

	* re-wrote XM envelope routines, which should now be at least
	  101% compatible ;)

	- Screen title was updated every second although it wasn't
	  necessary... Thanks Renze!
	- The window was zipped one pixel too small.  Thanks Lauri!
	- fixed some miscellaneous bugs (don't remember what anymore)
	- fixed noise playing null instruments at the beginning of a
	  tune in XM's.  Thanks Yolk!
	- fixed a bug in S3M loop handling.  Thanks _very_ much Peter
	  and Urban!
