Developing  a  multidirectional  scrolling  game  you  need  a  map-editor.
Currently  I did'nt found any good map-editor for the Amiga, except the old
Freditor   by   Chris   Leathley:    unfortunately  this  utility  was  not
multitasking,  it  was  not  100% AGA compatible, and it didn't support 256
colors maps.

If you are developing a multidirectional arcade game, you need MapEd:

- Full multitasking!
- 100% AGA compatible.
- OS 2.04 required.
- OS 3.00 supported.
- AmigaDOS Notify feature supported.
- 256 colours map supported.
