   IceIQle can generate completely customizable taglines and signatures
   with any Off-Line based message reader that uses an external text editor,
   AND in conjunction with the IceTERM BBS software, Copyright 1993 Stephen
   Vermeulen or AmiQWK, also provides header strings and initialed quoting
   with paragraph wordwrap. Initialed quoting is of the form:

    KH> Original Message

   It also works with IceTERM when quoting EMail and SIGS messages On-Line.

   The customized header strings, tag lines and signatures can be read
   randomly or sequentially from a text file of your favorites.
