STool is a small CLI-utility to bring a named screen to front/back.
No GUI, just plain CLI. Source included.

Usage:
BIN:STool SCREEN/M,LIST=L/S,TOFRONT=F/S,TOBACK=B/S,CONSTRING=C/S,WINSIZE=W/S
  SCREEN/M      screentitle or pattern (casesensitive!)
  LIST=L/S      list screens
  TOFRONT=F/S   bring object to front
  TOBACK=B/S    send object to back
  CONSTRING=C/S windowsize as CON:-like string
  WINSIZE=W/S   windowsize as info-string
