Short: libg++-2.5.3 update

This is an update to libg++-2.5.3.
In fact Holger Hoffstaette (thanks again) sent me a C++ program which didn't work
at link stage. When he told me that Unix filenames could be the reason, I looked
around, and then found some files were both in capitals and non-capitals, like
regex.cc and Regex.cc. Guess what on AmigaDOS ? Yes, you're right, only the latest
"win the game".

So this archive is a quick fix to libg+++-2.5.3.
You will have to delete:

CLI> delete gcc:lib/g++-include/#?gex.h
CLI> delete gcc:lib/g++-include/#?omplex.h
CLI> delete gcc:lib/g++-include/#?tring.h

and then unpack the archive. (if you have already made so, you are reading
archive internal README and not libg++-2.5.3ud.readme. Shame on you. You have
to delete above files and start again :-)
