- As always, generic bugs fixed (see Changelog in gcc sources for details).
- complete guides for cpp/gcc/g++ included.
- new option -priority in gcc allowing process priority setting. See note
  below.
- new specs file, inlines/protos and libamiga done by Gunther Nikl. See note
  below.
- new libnix version 0.6 by Matthias Fleischer & Gunther Nikl.
- new ixemul version by Raphael Luebbert.
- stripc program to strip all uneccessary stuff from headers by Chris Metcalf,
  submitted by Lars Hecking.
- q_anote, anotate assembly files mixing C source code, submitted by Walter
  Harms (Walter.Harms@arbi.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de), written by 
  Mike Albaugh (albaugh@agames.com). See note below.
- new binutils (ar/ranlib/size/...) including new assembler, as-2.51, using new
  BFD (Binary File Descriptor), made by Raphael Luebbert.
- new utilities mit2mot & mot2mit, which translates Mit assembler syntax to
  Motorola syntax and contrary, made by Rolf Spalink (rolf@cs.tu-berlin.de).
- ManualBrowser included, replacing man command, courtesy of Christian Stieber,
  assign MAN: to gnu:man and here you are.
