German keyboard cooking table (Linux SDK) v0:2
----------------------------------------------

Based on the French cooking table by
Damien Naviliat (edgecrusher@ifrance.com)

Please let me know how it works under the Windows SDK.

Install
-------
1. "asm de-table.asm"; this creates /dev/keyboard/cooked/de-table.img
2. Edit the file (under Linux): /usr/lib/elate/rcpackaged
3. At this line:

devstart /device/ave dev/ave/tao -- -w1024 -h768 -t16 -b1 -p72
-s/dev/ave/auto.scr -k/dev/keyboard/cooked/gb-table.img

put de-table.img instead of gb-table.img

4. Restart AVE
5. Test it!

Use
---
The extanded ASCII code aren't shown correctly in eterm.
But others programms like PhatEdit will display the caracter correctly,
this is probably a bug with eterm.

The "Alt Gr" Key is emulated with 'Ctrl+Shift'
	ex: Ctrl+Shift+q = @

The two keys labeled #/' and </> produce the same key codes on my keyboard.
Therefore < and > can only be reached while holding the "Alt" key.
