This timethe book  tell  you  the  Story  of  alittle Girl that is the 8th son of  an8th son. That seems  like a little bitstrange, cause a girl can>t be  a son.A Legend from the >Scheibenwelt> toldsyou that the  8th son  of a .... is  acreative Magician,but a girl was nevera Magician, they can be a  Witch or  aBitch but never a Magician ! But  theyhigh level of his  Astralenergies mustbe trained that they never struck downthe  World, so  the  old  witch  >Oma>Wetterwachs, wnats to help the  littleGirl to be a Magician  and  starts  totravel with her to the  Invisible Uni-versity  in  a City which  is  at  theside of the world.......
