The included program will generate characters for ICE's RMSS.
It is Copyright 1996 by Gary Renaud, but may be freely distributed to anyone
except Iron Crown Enterprises, its employees or agents, or any software
developer in partnership with them.

RMGEN was written in Visual Basic 4.0 (16-bit).  It will run under Windows 3.1,
Windows 95, and Windows NT.  Performance should be adequate on any 486 with
12 MB or more of RAM (more for NT, of course).

I did not include the VB runtime files, since you can get them lots of other
places, such as CompuServe, MSN, FTP from Microsoft, and many VB or Shareware-
related sites.  You need to pick up the following files:

There is not setup program (actually, there is, but I'm not including it).
Stick all the files in the .ZIP file in some directly.  Edit RMGEN.INI to 
correctly reflect that setup, then put it in your WINDOWS directory.

All the DLLs and OCXs listed above should go in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
