Thanks Chuck but we're pretty busy right now.  Here's a repost of the
support materials list and ordering information so the whole world
won't have to send in requests for the list.  :-)
 
 
                      DEVELOPER SUPPORT MATERIALS
                      ===========================
                              May, 1988
 
        The following is a current list of developer support materials
     available directly from Commodore Amiga Technical Support.
 
        The version of each item is either an official version number
     or the release date.  The prices are for orders within the U.S..
     Canadians should add $2.50 shipping costs per item.  For foreign
     orders, add $5.00 shipping costs per item.  All prices are in
     U.S. dollars.
 
 
        To order any of these items, send a check or money order made
     out to Commodore Business Machines, to:

     much quicker.
 
        Note - if you would like your order FedX'd, supply your FedX
     number or major credit card number for FedX shipment charges.
     (You must still pay for the materials themselves with a check)
