        The ultimate tool for those who get swamped by .wav files!

Program:-
        This wav file program is small and is aimed at being the most
        use when sorting though mountains of wavs.  
        Features supplied
                - Play file 
                - Play directory
                - Open Sound Recorder with wav file
                - Delete wav file from disk
        It uses only window, and is short, sharp and above all, quick
        to use.

Archive:-
        This program is archived using LHA.  The reason it is not zipped  
        is becuase we only have the new ARJ and new PKZIP and not everyone
        else does.

Files:-
        Running TWAV.EXE will produce the following files
                - TIDAL.ICO             - Vis basic icon
                - TIDALWAV.BAS          - Vis basic global module
                - TIDALWAV.EXE          - Windows executable program
                - TIDALWAV.FRM          - Vis basic form for program
                - TIDALWAV.MAK          - Vis basic make file

        Unless you wish to see how this simple program works you can delete
        all the files except TIDALWAV.EXE. 
 
Code:-
        To examine program code will require Miscrosoft Visual Basic
        Version 1.00 (We do not have access to Visual Basic Version 2.00
        nor VBRUN200.DLL and therefore have not tested it.)

VBRRUN:-
        VBRUN100.DLL is available from most ftp sites and bulletin boards
        if you do not already have it.  We have not included VBRUN in this
        zipfile to decrease download time over modems.

Problems:-
        Any problems or suggestions, or any more information about how
        to play / edit / or muck around with wavs would be greatly
        appreciated.

        This program can be altered in any way you see fit.
        This program can be copied, given to mates, put on ftp sites,
        stuck on bulletin boards, pin boards, surf boards anywhere you like,
