          LTRHEAD3.*, replaces LTRHEAD1.* and LTRHEAD2.*

          Anyone distributing any Science Translations product for any kind
          of remuneration  must first  contact Science Translations  at the
          address  below  for  authorization. This  authorization  will  be
          automatically granted  to distributors  recognized by the  ASP as
          adhering to  its guidelines for shareware  distributors, and such
          distributors  may  begin  offering the  product  immediately. ALL
          VENDORS OF ANY TYPE  PAYING AUTHOR ROYALTIES TO ANY  AUTHOR, MUST
          ALSO PAY EQUIVALENT ROYALTIES TO SCIENCE TRANSLATIONS.
          Except  for ASP members,  ALL RACK VENDORS,  SHOW VENDORS, RETAIL
          DISTRIBUTORS, AND CD-ROM VENDORS  MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO
          DISTRIBUTE ANY PRODUCT SCIENCE TRANSLATIONS PRODUCTS. 

          BY  DISTRIBUTING THE  PRODUCT  YOU ARE  INDICATING ACCEPTANCE  OF
          THESE TERMS:  You may give  away or  sell unaltered  unregistered
          copies  of this product. You may NOT distribute registered copies
          unless otherwise arranged with  Science Translations. You may not
          remove, rename, replace, or alter any of the product's files. You
          may  add files to the  product, provided that  every file clearly
          indicates that it is not part of the original product.

          VENDORS: The Letterhead  Kit 3.0 for DOS  is an upgrade  from The
          Letterhead Kit 2.0 and 1.0. Please remove the older versions from
          your catalogs and download  lists, and replace them with  the new
          version.

          SYSOPS: Please use the archive name LTRHEAD3.* for The Letterhead
          Kit  3.0. The files FILE_ID.DIZ and DESC.SDI are included as part
          of the package, and include appropriate descriptions.

          NOTE:  There  is   also  a  Windows  version   of  this  package,
          distributed   SEPARATELY,  offering   the   same   features   for
          WP/Windows, and  that package should be  named LTRWIN21.*. During
          the Winter of late  '93/early '94, that package will  be upgraded
          to  work with WordPerfect 6.0/Windows,  and the new  file will be
          LTRWIN30.*.
