Approved ASP (Associated of Shareware Professionals) vendors may distribute
this program per the shareware license without getting author approval
providing you inform us that you distribute it.  You may write to us at

1-800-783-9544.  We would appreciate a free copy of any catalog you produce
as well. We require that rack vendors who package and sell our software 
obtain approval prior to distribution.

You may distribute the product uncompressed on a 720K disk or via
a self-extracting file available from the author (if you do not have it).

We set up the distribution so that you can send the compressed self 
extracting file on one 360K diskette if need be even though the files
extract to more than one 360K diskette.  This may save you disk and
mailing cost yet give your user the most for his money.  The self extraction 
file is very easy to install by a user.  All you need is a label on the
diskette specifying the name of the program and "a:foodsm" to install
either on the label or via written instructions.  Of course, you can 
distribute the whole uncompressed program on a 3.5 720K diskette or high
density 5.25 if desired where the user runs the programs right off the disk.

The enclosed readme file can be printed and sent with uncompressed
versions of the program as an installation instruction. 

We send registered disks, materials, manuals, etc. ourselves and do not 
need this service at this time.
