          Anyone distributing any Science Translations product for any kind
          of remuneration  must first  contact Science Translations  at the
          address  below  for  authorization. This  authorization  will  be
          automatically granted  to distributors  recognized by the  ASP as
          adhering to  its guidelines for shareware  distributors, and such
          distributors may begin offering the product immediately.
          EXCEPT for ASP  members, ALL RACK  VENDORS, SHOW VENDORS,  RETAIL
          DISTRIBUTORS, AND CD-ROM VENDORS  MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO
          DISTRIBUTE ANY SCIENCE TRANSLATIONS PRODUCTS.

          VENDORS: Graphcat/DOS  3.0 is  an upgrade  from Graphcat  2.1 and
          2.0.  Please  remove the  older versions  from your  catalogs and
          download  lists, and replace them  with the new  version. The old
          file names are listed at the top of this file.

          BBS SYSOPS: Please  use the archive name  GCATWP30.* for Graphcat
          3.0. The files FILE_ID.DIZ  and DESC.SDI are included as  part of
          the package, and include appropriate descriptions.

          NOTE:  There  is   also  a  Windows  version   of  this  package,
          distributed   SEPARATELY,  offering   the   same   features   for
          WP/Windows, and  that package should be  named GCATWPW1.*. During
          the Winter of late  '93/early '94, that package will  be upgraded
          to  work with WordPerfect 6.0/Windows,  and the new  file will be
          GCATWPW2.*.
