operated with 3-D pull down menus.  Handles up to 10,000,000 entries 
and can alphabetize, search and cross reference any of the information
you've entered.  Includes user definable printed reports.


LONGER DESCRIPTION:

This software provides a quick and easy way to establish an inventory
management system for industrial plants and mills.  Includes a tool
inventory; major equipment records; bill of materials; drawing
inventory; maintenance records; motor inventory; spare parts
inventory; vehicle records; employee canidates, and more!  Plus you
can set up new inventory systems for anything else in your plant.  Menu
operated with 3-D pull down menus.  Handles up to 10,000,000 entries 
and can alphabetize, search and cross reference any of the information
you've entered.  Includes user definable printed reports that will 
print anything from labels to full page reports.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:  IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/2 or compatible with 400K
of memory and DOS ver. 3.0 or higher.  A hard disk is recommended.

VENDOR DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS:

Without regard to how you obtained this software, you may NOT sell
copies of this software, even if the purchase price is just to
cover duplication costs; nor may you include this shareware on a
CD-ROM or other type of package produced by any user group,
commercial library, or any for profit or non-profit organization;
nor may you distribute it with any other product or as an incentive
to purchase any other product, without the express written
permission of H.C.P. Services, Inc.  The purpose of this is so that
we will know who you are and we can then keep you supplied with
updates.  The only exception to this is that all ASP approved disk
vendors - except any organization or service owned or operated
by Nelson Ford - and BBSs may sell/distribute this software
without prior approval.

All retail rack vendors, including ASP members, must have written
permission before distributing this software.

User groups (except for user group BBSs) must have permission prior
to distributing this software.

BBSs may distribute this software provided that the date on the
OYB.EXE file is no more than 24 months old.  Old versions of this
software may not be keep on BBSs.

The files on each disk may not be modified or adapted in any way. 
All of the files provided on the disk must be distributed together.

Individual files or groups of files may not be sold separately. 
Additional files may be added to disks containing this software, however
this software may not be integrated into or included as a part of any 
other software.

Individual copies of this software may not be sold for more than $5.

This software may not be represented as anything other than
shareware and the shareware concept must be explained in any ad or
catalog that quotes a price and on any packaging used to display
the disk.  The explanation of the shareware concept must make it
clear that with shareware an addition registration fee is required,
if users continue to use the software.

You must stop selling/distributing copies of this disk upon notice
from the author or HCP Services, Inc.
