     If you are a vendor, asking for renumeration for selling disks
     with ASL products on them is subject to the following:

     Rack vendors may not distribute ASL products for more than $1.50
     retail price without express written consent from ASL in the form
     of a distribution license. If you would like to distribute an ASL
     product on a rack display, please contact ASL by phone or fax for
     information regarding licensing requirements and distribution rights.

     Catalogue vendors may distribute ASL products providing that A) you
     send ASL a copy of your current catalogue, B) you agree to provide
     disk sales numbers per ASL product on an annual basis. We will
     acknowledge receipt of your catalogue and the due date of the sales
     information will be one year from the date of acknowledgement. The
     license is good for one year only, and can be renewed at the end of
     the term. (We'll send you a reminder one month before the due date.)
