The edit window you are viewing can be utilized for five lines of up to 35 characters per line. You can sort on any line and these records can be used to catalog So... you already know how to look at a memo. Ahhh, but can you close it? various things from personal and business contacts to mailing lists.Additionally, the program includes a separate window to store supple- mental information which relates <*> <*> / ΤΝΝΝΝΝΌ to the main record. This window is the memo window. To open the memo window you use the [Alt] W (Window/Memo) keyboard combination.Alt-W opens the window and puts This memo is relatedto record number 3 of file memo.dbl your cursor into the first edit field in the memo. Additionally, as data files are built utilizing the program as suchthey could then be shared. In other words make a quiz and circulateit to others who canuse the program. Finally, after getting tired of Alt-W and Esc I made the F11 key (if you have an extended keyboard) toggle the window open and closed. Both sets of keys will work... If you like to see your memos whilescrolling from record to record, you can keep the window open by using the Alt-V (view memo) key combo, which also closes it.
