     This file is intended for professional distributers of shareware, 
     but the general restrictions contained herein apply to anyone who 
     distributes CATALOG-ON-A-DISK, be it one copy or many.

                               1. Distribution of CATALOG-ON-A-DISK v3

  EmmaSoft retains all rights to CATALOG-ON-A-DISK (tm).  CATALOG-ON-
  A-DISK is protected by United States and International Copyright Law.  

  You may distribute shareware trial copies CATALOG-ON-A-DISK provided 
  you comply with the following conditions:

    1.  Vendors who are members of the Association of Shareware 
        Professionals automatically have permission to distribute 
        CATALOG-ON-A-DISK.  Others must have written permission to 
        distribute EmmaSoft products.  To learn how to join ASP 
        write Executive Director;  Association of Shareware 
        Professionals; 545 Grover Road, Muskegon,MI 49442-9427

        BBS Systems Operators automatically have permission to 
        distribute CATALOG-ON-A-DISK as long as conditions 3 and 
        5 are met.  You may download the latest version from our BBS 
        for posting on you own.

    2.  Professional Distributors of shareware (and other programs) 
        must have written permission to distribute CATALOG-ON-A-DISK.  
        Please include a copy of your catalog with your request.  It
        MUST have a satisfactory explanation of shareware marketing in 
        including the facts that all rights to this copyrighted program 
        are retained by the copyright owner, that shareware is NOT in 
        the public domain, and that the cost of the trial disk is for
        distribution only and a registration fee is required if the 
        program is used beyond the trial period.

    3.  No files may be changed.  All text and settings must be as 
        shipped originally from EmmaSoft.  Some distributers add files 
        to the archive, or SysOps add an advertisement to the ZIP file.  
        This is permitted as long as NO FILE IN THE ORIGINAL DISK OR 
        ZIP FILE IS MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.

    4.  Distributors and BBSs that meet these requirements may obtain 
        the latest version to distribute from our BBS (607) 533-7072.

    5.  It is strictly forbidden to distribute registered copies of 
        CATALOG-ON-A-DISK. Only shareware copies of the program with 
        all files AS SHIPPED FROM EMMASOFT may be distributed.  (Here 
        we are referring to the shareware program, CATALOG-ON-A-DISK.  
        Distribution of catalogs by registered users is covered in 
        Appendix A of the manual.)

  CATALOG-ON-A-DISK (tm) v3.00 makes it easy for your customers to find
  and order products from you.  Using just a few simple keys they can
  browse or search for products, then print the order form, with sales 
  tax and shipping calculated, to their printer or to a file.  The form
  can then be sent by mail, fax, or modem, or called in.  Catalog files 
  are compressed so you can fit a large number of products on a disk, 
  and to provide security for your prices and other catalog data.

  You tailor your catalog to your own company using your favorite text
  editor.  Then use the CATALOG-ON-A-DISK COMPANION to compress the
  files and configure your catalog colors, tax setup, help bar, country
  configuration, and more.
