I wrote this because I run a lantastic network with 8 server/workstations.
With the bbs, if a server is rebooted, the drive is no longer available, and
any files on that drive are non-accessable. I would end up with tons of
messages from my users wondering why they cannot download.

It seems like I am always having to reboot a machine for one reason or
another, and its a pain to go through all the other machines, drop to DOS
do a directory of the drive on the machine that was rebooted, and hit R for
Retry. Occasionally I would forget, and the drives would be unavailable for
long periods of time.

All this program does, is try to get the free drive space from each drive,
and if the drive is no longer available, it forces a retry. It does this
by trapping the critical error interrupt, and forces it to retry the
operation. This will make lantastic reconnect to the machine as long as the
server is back up and running.

Here is a sample when I run it after rebooting the machine which contains
drive P:

You simply tell Recon the number of drives you have, starting with C:

For Example

  Recon 3                 ( 3 Drives C: D: and E: )

  Recon 40                (Anything over 24 will show only up to drive z:)


In the above example screen...


Checking Connection To Drive O:   Ok!

        This drive was still connected.


Checking Connection To Drive P:   Reconnected!

        This Drive was reconnected by Recon


Checking Connection To Drive Q:   Failed

        Either this drive does not exist, or the server has crashed or is
        not online.
