Motor City Software Beta Tester Application

    Motor City Software is a leading developer of quality online games and
    utilities  for use on your  BBS.  We have a number of popular packages
    available,  and continue  to develop new packages,  while continuously
    updating our older products.

    In order to make sure that our software is as bug-free as possible, we
    allow other systems to run the software  during its development phase.
    This allows us to weed out bugs, and implement any suggestions from the
    beta testers.

    If you are  genuinely interested  in beta testing our products, please
    fill out the MCS_BETA.AGR, and return it via snailmail(Postal Service)
    to:

               TERMS and CONDITIONS of becoming a beta tester
               ----------------------------------------------

     You MUST be able to send/receive standard Fidonet type echomail.

     As a Beta tester for Motor City Software, you will be expected to poll
     one of our Support HUBS to pick up the Motor City Beta echo(Bi-Weekly.)
     This is to be done at least 2 times per week at your own expense.  You
     will receive new beta versions (as HATCH(ed)) when you poll.

     NOTE: For systems other than USA and Canada, arrangements will be made
     as needed.

     As a  beta tester,  you will be involved in beta testing ALL our doors
     and online games/utilities.   You will receive these via TICK when you
     poll  for echomail.  There are usually  at least  one or two  products
     which are being beta tested at any one time.

     EXECPTION NOTE:
     JPDoor,  the  door writing toolkit  for  Turbo  Pascal.  You MUST have
     registered it in order to beta test any new versions. This form is NOT
     for  JPDoor  beta testers.   Please contact us  directly  if you  have
     registered JPDoor and wish to beta test new versions.

     MCFREQ,  the file request door.   You MUST have registered it in order
     to beta test any new Versions. This form may be used for that purpose.
     Please note  just because  you are on  one beta team does not mean you
     will be chosen for another.

     You  are expected  to install  all new betas  within a reasonable time
     after receiving them.

   | You ARE expected to actively participate in the echo. Any system who  |
   | is not, will be removed from the beta team and replaced.  A Minimum   |
   | of at least 2 postings per month, Even if to report no problems.      |
   |                                                                       |
   | Anyone who distributes beta versions of any MOTOR CITY SOFTWARE       |
   | will be removed from the beta team, and legal action will be taken.   |

                              INSTRUCTIONS
                              ------------
   Fill out the MCS_BETA.AGR form and have it Witnessed,then return it by
   an  Official Postal Service.   No NETMAIL application will be accepted.

   ALL applications  will be considered,  although we WILL be limiting the
   number of systems, and will reply ONLY to those who have been accepted.
   If new openings  become available  on the beta team,  then all received
   applications will be considered.
