RES is a menu driven program, with an easy to understand manual, which can
be printed. It is an asset for any real estate office to store/retrieve
information for properties for sale. RES keeps detailed records of sale and
one can search for pending/closed sales at any time. It keeps agents records-
current/previous year commissions and enables the user to add an agent or
search records of an agent. RES generates valuable reports-office/agent
commissions report, projected income report, pending/closed sales report,
unsold property listing report. RES also has the added special feature of year
end processing which purges all closed sales from the system.
