! In the SPORT documentation this is often referred to as your
! IDX (InDeX) file.  From inside SPORT you can edit this file
! by using the X command from the Utility Menu.  Once you are
! familiar with this file you should eliminate the comment
! lines and other extraneous information you will not need.
! Using the SPORT Full Screen Editor you may have up to 100
! lines of information in this file.
!
! Any line preceeded by an exclamation point is a comment line.
! This file requires a STRICT format in some parts and a free
! format in others.  It is therefore IMPORTANT that you follow
! these  guidelines exactly when editing the file.  If you are
! editing this file outside of SPORT or the SPORT installation
! utility you will need to run SPREP after your edit to be sure
! the changes are known to SPORT.
!
! Each Address/Phone List line contains the following elements,
! in the following order, beginning at column one:
!
! 1. A Flash Message filename which SPORT can recognize as an
!    outgoing message to send mail (required).  The filename
!    extension must always be ".FLS".
! 2. A comma with no intervening space (required).
! 3. The telephone number of the other system (required).
! 4. A semi-colon with no intervening space (required).
! 5. The baud rate of the other system (required);
! 6. Times when a system will accept calls (optional).
! 7. Any combination of special flags as outlined in the SPORT
!    documentation (optional).
! 8. Comments (optional).
!
! After you have made the three various entries you may use
! the remainder of the line (up to 75 characters in TOTAL) for
! any other information you like.  This is the "free form" part
! of an IDX line and is typically used for special SPORT flags.
!
! The format of items 1 through 5 must be EXACTLY this:
! filename,telephone;baud
!
! Note this well!  The filename MUST be separated from the
! telephone number by a COMMA and NO ADDITIONAL spaces.  The
! telephone number must be separated from the baud rate by a
! SEMI-COLON and NO ADDITIONAL spaces.
!
! You may add special characters to indicate the times mail may
! be sent to an address. This should be directly after the baud
! rate, using the greater than [>] and less than [<] symbols.
! Always use military time, from 00 (midnight) to 23:00 (11:00 PM).
! Times must be expressed in whole hours.
!
! To enter the time, you may want to do this:
!            When is the earliest I can call?  (Example 9:00 AM)
!            When is the latest I can call?    (Example 5:00 PM)
! The entry is therefore:    >09<17
!            Greater than 9, but less than 17.
!
! The entire line would read:
