Well I think anything has been said ... It`s a door you can call and enter the highest telephone bill you had and a comment for it! If it`s high enuff it`ll be displayed in a chart. Every user is just able to enter ONE bill but also able to change it as often as he want to ... Maybe some`ll fake the top ten but who carez! The higher the bills the less they cann toll free .. hehe So if you`ve some wired ideas of doors to be cool to be there ..
