Super_Lha_Checker by WIZE/ACCESS is an Shell-Utility to process all kinds of LHA LZH LZA RUN archives. You may Add, Strip comercial's from/to the archive. And test integrity of archive. And that's not all ... Special features : - ABILITY TO VIEW THE FILE_ID.DIZ - ABILITY TO ADD A LINER INTO THE FILE_ID.DIZ - ABILITY TO SET IT'S OWN WORK DIRECTORY - ABILITY TO SET A SELECTIVE NUMBER OF KILOBYTES AS BUFFER - ABILITY TO TURN ON/OFF THE TESTING, STRIPPING AND ADDING. - ABILITY TO EXECUTE A SCRIPT BEFORE EXECUTING ITSELF - ABILITY TO SET LHA'S PATH Super_Lha_Checker v3.0 is a 100% C program, for maximum efficiency. System Requirements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A500(+), A600, A1200, A2000, A2500, A3000, A4000 With KickStart 2.0 or higher. (tested on A4000 25MHz and 6MB of RAM and KICKSTART 40.55 -> works fine) (tested on A2000 G-Force 40MHz and 8 MB 32 Bit RAM -> works fine) (tested on A2000 1MB RAM no accelerator with KICK 2.05 -> works fine) (tested on A 500 3MB RAM with KICK 1.3 and KICK 2.05 -> works fine) Installation ~~~~~~~~~~~~ For use with /X: In the archive is an /X-example included Copy all file`s from the archive ` BBS:FCHECK/ ` to your BBS:FCHECK (DIR) Copy LhaChecker ( executable 5540 bytes ) to your c: (DIR) Usage from the Shell ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PROMPT> LhaChecker (executable 5540 bytes) Archive Configure C:LhaChecker.Info: ADD=YES/NO - Turn file added on/off. STRIP=YES/NO - Turn file stripping on/off. CHECK=YES/NO - Turn archive testing on/off. WORK=DH0: - Set your own Work Space. In this case DH0:. SCRIPT=Scriptfile - The path+name of the script file to execute upon execution of lhachecker. The higher - the faster. LHA=ram:LhA - Path to LhA. Usefull if you want it resident. (if you want resident just make LHA=LhA) (and then 'Resident c:Lha Pure' in user-startup) Changes since v2.1: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The checker caused a Guru if the config file was not found. !!FIXED!! Even if you had set it to CHECK, it didn't!. !!FIXED!! If the File_ID.Diz didn't exist, and LhaCheck v2.1 tried to view it, it would have created a empty description. !!FIXED!! New Design (again). !!ADDED!! Smoother code made it just about 400bytes larger than before. And still i have added/changed many things. Should be somewhat quicker now! Future improvements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Random selected files to be inserted, to make it more difficult to strip. Skip the external LhA by Stefan Boberg and make my own LhA routines. Realtime output in AmiExpress. Note : ~~~~~~ These improvements will mostly depend on the needs of Lha_Checker users.
