Head-Tail.dopus5 is an ARexx module for DOpus V5.5+

It allows the user to select some file/s and then display either the first
or last 10, 20, 30, or 40 lines.

Useful?  It's gotta be quicker than using the DOpus reader to read a 500k
file...only to find it's the wrong one.
