SEX TIPS!
For that "It's on the tip of my ... something", feeling!
Here are just a few sex tips pertaining to technique:
- After orgasm, try not moving for a minute or so. This may extend your orgasmic waves.
- To delay male orgasm, try squeezing gently but firmly at the base of the
penis, above the balls.
For oral sex on men:
From "The Sensuous Woman," by "J":
- The Butterfly Flick: On the underside of the penis, 1 to 2 inches behind
the head, is a ridge called the corona. Just underneath the
corona is a delicate vertical membrane.
To drive him straight to ecstasy, flick your tongue lightly across this
membrane. Now run your tongue up and down the base a few times and
Butterfly Flick again...this time flicking all the way up and down the
underside of the penis.
From "For Each Other," by Lonnie Barbach, Ph.D.:
- If you are afraid of choking ...encircle the base of your partner's penis with your hand while he lies on his back. Your hand will act as a buffer to prevent thrusting too deeply into your mouth.
- With this technique, it helps to lube your hand first and glide and
slide it up and down in rhythm with your mouth and head. - TK
For oral sex on women:
- Try varying speed, pressure and location of your mouth.
Alternate between oral and manual stimulation. This can drive a
woman wild. Just don't change anything when she's close to orgasm!
Try slow circles just above and to the side of the clitoris. See what
your partner likes the best. Many women prefer to start out slow and
softer and finish harder and faster. Others need a more constant
stimulation. Ask her, or ask her to show you, how she masturbates.
Mimic that style with your mouth and hand. That's the way, uh-huh,
uh-huh, she likes it! - TK
For women who can masturbate to orgasm yet sometimes have difficulty
coming from their partner's stimulation:
- Many women have one set method for masturbating and use it time and
again. This can make it difficult to come with a partner, because your
body is trained to respond to only one type of stimulation. An excellent
suggestion popularized in "For Each Other" is to make your masturbation style
more like the way your partner touches you. (I also recommend you try
vice versa
teaching your partner to stroke you the way you masturbate! - TK)
The book recommends: 1) Masturbate with the hand you don't usually use.
2) Try a lighter or more indirect touch. or 3) If you are usually still
when you orgasm, try moving more. Try these variations one at a time.
The idea is to increase the range of stimulation your body will respond to.
You can also vary your body's position, the pressure, angle, part of the
hand you use, and speed. While doing these exercises, don't worry about
whether you come or not. Just enjoy the sensations. The broader your range,
the more you can feel. That's the Passion Play! philosophy! - TK
