SerialPrefs is a remake of the obsolete commend "Serial" of Workbench, with
some thing in plus:

o Data length setup 5/6/7/8 bit (instead of 7/8 bit)
o Baud speed max 64800 (instead 31250 baud)
o The version of serial device is displayed on the main window
o Reset function anti-panic :)

Note:

SerialPrefs  not is projected for the use from shell, use it from Workbench
only.
