Just some quick notes on Arc-Dream version 1.

This is an interface for using LZX and LHA.

 Well its well underway so i decided to release this version 1 to get some
reaction and ideas from people so don't expect every function in the book yet.
also some functions react different with lha than lzx.

anyway give it a try and see what ya think.
