This is just a small script to convert (unix) pine .addressbook file 
to Voodoo.  As ConvPineAliases.rexx is only a modified ConvElmAliases, the
basic usage is the same.  So read the ConvElmAliases.doc file before using
this script.  Wherever that doc file refers to ELM aliases file, you use
your pine .addressbook file.  :)

I took the .addressbook file from unix pine (version 3.91).  I don't have,
or never have used, Amiga Pine.  I don't even know if it uses same kind of
.addressbook file as unix pine..  so I don't guarantee the script will work
for you.  For me it worked flawlessly, since even the nested aliases work
exactly the same way in Voodoo as they do in Pine.
