Message Bases, FCC Rules, System Contents

    I APOLOGIZE, but by law must inform you of the following to stay legal:

I.   Message Bases:

     According the USC 286,  no guarentee exists that the message bases are
absolutely guarenteed private.  WE WILL DO OUR UTMOST....but that's the law.
We assume no liability, and you agree to these conditions in using the BBS. 

II.  System Contents:
 
     The views expressed are not necessisarily those of the SYSTEM OPERATOR.
 
     They are the private views of our membership and we assume no liability
therefor.  As a matter of practicality, we will DELETE anyone immediately for 
violations of obsenity, rude, foul, or offensive language.
     I DO NOT WANT TO READ PRIVATE MAIL!!!!......please don't force me to!!!  

III. FCC Rules:
  
     FCC regulations prohibit transmission of pornographic, commercially
copyrighted, electronic credit, telecommunications codes, and other data.
You agreed to refrain from transmission/reception on this system.
     Violations are those of the members and not the SYSOP or SYSTEM.

     As previously stated, we assume all programming is within the Public
Domain and reserve the right to copies, without Shareware or other fee, in
exchange for the SYSOP and SYSTEM services provided the sources thereof for
transmission, archiving, testing, configuration, and other services.
