Description :
	loads RIFF-WAV-Samples
	incl.	Multi-Channelsamples
		8/16 bit Samples
	This format was introduced by Windows on the PC and borrows heavily
	from the IFF standard. The WAV format, apart from the VOC format, re-
	presents one of the most used formats on the PC and seems to getting
	more and more popular. (This of course is mostly the case for Windows
	enthusiasts :)
