Noisegate

Function  :	Sets sample data below the threshold to zero.
Parameters:	Threshold	Treshold value 1000 equals 100 %
				reasonable values are 10-50
ARexx     :	ThresholdS/E	<Threshold> 0..1000 %
		P1ModBuf,P1ModShape,P1ModMode
		Attack	<Attackdelay> 0..2147483648
Notes	  :	Can be used with speech samples that contain noisy pauses.
		However it's a lot more effective with real 16-bit samples
		than with 8-bit samples.
