		- Changes:
		  Siegel reports, he wanna install Bulletins from
		  1 to 12  and also from 50 to 59
		  In the last version i look in the tooltypearray
		  for the Tooltypes BULLTITLE.1
				    BULLTITLE.2
				    BULLTITLE.3 etc.
		  If i cant find the next following number i finished
		  the Door.
		  Now i've added a new Tooltype with name LASTBULL=<xx>
		  and u can install bulls from 1-10 20-30 50-57 etc.

		 I've forgotten to change the Color-attribute from
		 the Coderline wich i've got from the TOOLTYPE - fixed -
		 Added a new ColourToolType, NUMBERCOLOR, to configurate
                 also the Colors of bulletin-numbers
