WELCOME TO TESTNET.

 What to do to join TestNet,

 - Fill in the application form after you have read the list of rules.
 - Upload it at Stonehenge (+31 5413 55073) in the TestNet New Applications
   conference with an unique name (something with your BBSname or whatever)
 - Write a message to Apollo and say you wanna join and have uploaded the
   application form.
 - Call back in about 1 or 2 days and if we accept your application you
   should download the latest Installer Package from the same conference,
   together with the keyfile that is attached at a message to you.
   Do not use an other installer package then the most recent one from
   Stonehenge, because that one is always the most bugfree and has the
   newest version of the mail system.

                        TESTNET - LIST OF RULES

1. We are NOT responsible for damage of any kind TestNet might create
   in your system. (Not that we expect damage but just in case)

2. Filling in the Application Form and running Testnet implies
   agreemement with all rules in this list.

3. We can kick node(s) from TestNet any time if we feel we need to.

4. When a node (strangely enough) decides to QUIT testnet, he MUST tell us
   at LEAST ONE WEEK before actually dismounting TestNet from the BBS.
   This is needed to give us the time to re-route the mail if that is
   needed. When a node just quits without any message to us at least a
   week before actually quitting, we will:
   -> Happily spread the word of his act around
   -> block the BBS from TestNet for live,
   -> evt. block all boards from the group the BBS belongs to !

5. EALL messages are NOT forbidden but should only be limited used.
   Do NOT use EALL for unimportant matters, and ofcourse WE are the ones
   to decide what is important and not, and at local level the sysop of
   the node the EALL mail was written at.

6. Discriminating or rascistic texts in ANY way are forbidden.

7. BBS advertisements are not allowed in any form except for the contents
   of the TAGLINE every node can fill in as he likes.
 
8. When a user on a node abuses TestNet in any kind we will ask the
   sysop of that node to block access to the TestNet mail system,
   the SysOp MUST do this when we ask this.
   When we feel the user really has done something real bad,
   we will block the user in ALL testnet nodes in the same way
   as described above.

9. it is SCRICTLY forbidden for a sysop to edit the TestNet configuration
   himself in a way that is disadvantageous for any other user or node.
