Reserved. The distribution and sale of this product are intended for the
use of the original purchaser only. Title to the media on which the programs
are recorded and to the media on which the documentation is written is
to you, but title to the programs and documentation is retained by
LightSpeed Technologies Inc. You assume the responsibility for the selection
of the programs to achieve your intended results, and for the installation,
use and results obtained from the programs.

Lawful users of this program(s) are hereby licensed only to read the program
(s), from its medium, or update door into memory of a computer, solely for
the purpose of executing the program(s). Duplicating or copying for other
than backup purposes, or selling, or otherwise distributing the product is
a violation of the law. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the
program(s) except as expressly provided for in this agreement.

TERMINATION

If it is found that a lawful user(s) of this program, sells, distributes,
transfers, or in any other way gives out his, (hers) copy of any program,
sold or distributed by LightSpeed Technologies Inc., there account will
immediatly be terminated.

THE PROGRAM(S) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS
TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SHOULD THE

ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE, AND YOU RELY ON THE PROGRAM
