EdWin is a small >=OS 2.0 utility, which lets you control the position and size
of the actual Shellwindow. You can start it only from Shell. Following parame-
ters are required.

xpos,ypos		new upper, left corner of the window
xres,yres		new width and height of the window

It`s advisable to place EdWin in your C or C+ directory. It`s meaningfull to
use it in a batchscript for starting programs which are controlled via Shell
(i.e. a compiler).
