For the save of your hard disk, TearOffbay and TearOffPanel classes were removed from RxMUI ufficial distribution, 'cause the MCCs are very bugged and you may have very bad crashes because of them. They will be re-added when stable versions of the MCCs came out.

The TearOffBay class create groups to handle TearOffPanel(s)

The TearOffBay class is a subclass of TearOffBay.mcc, that you must have in MUI:Libs/mui/ to use it.
