1. First AmigaDE handheld apparently to be seen at CeBIT

On the teletext page 632 of the German TV station RTL 2 the following report may be read:

»At CeBIT with the "Smart-Boy" a new Mini-PC in handheld format will be presented, which among others will be equipped with touchscreen display, chip- and creditcard reader. In autumn a consumers variant is to be expected to be marketed under the label "Amiga". The Amiga was in the middle of the 80th the first computer for the mass market fully capable of multimedia. In the meantime it just keeps a niche existence.«

By the way, the producer of the device will be Thendic Electronic Components (http://www.thendic.de).
