212.49.240.210 Imagine "Welcome to the hellmouth" without the master and Jesse, a different Willow, a great scene (why didn't they use it in the actual pilot) where Xander points out the various groups in school "that group wishes that they were hard core gang members, unfortunately they are white and middle class", a big fight with a group of some vamps on the school stage (which looks as if it is set up for a school performance of something). It ends with buffy throwing a stake which lands in a "Nosferatu" poster. It was really good actually, well worth seeing if you can track it down.
